Grocery Store Coming to Ambler Borough - Lower Gwynedd-Ambler-Whitpain, PA Patch: Mary Aversa, Ambler Borough Manager, told Ambler Patch on Wednesday that a Bottom Dollar Food store was confirmed to move into the borough in the former Knopf Motors property at 219 E. Butler Ave.
The grocery store will be constructing a new building, approximately 17,000 to 18,000 sq. ft., and will be going through the normal review and approval process as any new construction in the Borough. The plans will have to go in front of Zoning Hearing Board and Planning Commission
